The Florida Veterans For Common Sense Board has unanimously approved a resolution to ban fracking in Florida. The resolution states that Florida Veterans for Common Sense is opposed to fracking anywhere in the State of Florida because of the risks it poses for:

  • surface or groundwater contamination,
  • depletion of water supplies,
  • health issues, and
  • threat to the environment.
  • The whole resolution can be read here.
