For too long, our food and farm system has exploited marginalized peoples and our natural environment in the name of profit. Increasingly, industrial agriculture corporations dominate the system, leading to less healthy food, ecosystems, and communities, putting family farms out of business in the process. But we can do something to change that, to stop these harmful practices and return the power to farmers and their communities. The Union of Concerned Scientists are working in coalition with dozens of other organizations across the country to Transform this system through the food and farm bill.
